Time is of the essence when managing your costs, and OCRA provides week by week recaps so you can identify problem areas before they cost you thousands.

Weekly Reports
Each week you will receive a Customized Weekly Recap for the prior week. The Recap highlights main cost centers and helps to zero in immediately on potential loss areas. This timely reporting enables you to rectify issues before they cost you more money.

Quick Cash Flow
Each week you will receive a Quick Cash Flow Report that outlines your current cash position and forecasts the upcoming week's cash flow based on outstanding payments, upcoming payments, and estimated revenues.

Payroll Summary
With each payroll you will receive a detailed payroll report showing itemized information for each paycheck, a summary of the total payroll highlighting the gross pay, employer taxes and the total liability. We offer both weekly and bi-weekly payroll. With biweekly payroll you will receive estimated payroll expenses and additional fees apply.
Accounts Payable

You don't have the time to enter this information and why pay an hourly employee to do data entry - you're a restaurant after all. Simply press send on your fax or scan your invoices and statements over and we do the rest.
We will enter all invoices in detail and cross-reference with statements that you send us to ensure accuracy and that no credits or invoices are missed. Then, we will prepare checks for you each weeks and deliver them on Fridays for you to distribute as your cash flow permits.
Monthly Reports
Each month you will receive a full report package by the 10th of the month. This will be delivered via email.

Monthly Recap
This customized recap highlights different areas from your financials. You will see expenses broken down as a percent of sales and compared to industry averages (where available) with color coded variances to highlight areas of opportunity easily. Also, the recap will break down other metrics such as revenue and profit per cover and square foot, average check, and more.

Profit and Loss
A full, detailed Profit and Loss Statement will be provided so you can dig in with more detail into areas highlighted in the recap if you desire. This will be a standard format based on the different accounts and categories we determine together during your setup period.
Payroll

Weekly payroll smoothes cash flow and also allows us to provide actual data for payroll wages and taxes in your weekly recap, which allows you to manage off of the most accurate information available. (Biweekly payroll is available, but you will receive estimated payroll expense) Your payroll will be delivered to you every week with all paychecks in envelopes and a full detailed payroll report.
Government Reporting

We prepare and file all Sales Tax Returns, as well as State and Federal Unemployment, Withholding and Employer Payroll Tax returns and tax deposits.
